OYYO AI NotzUp: Capture All · guide

Calendar and bookings

Set availability, share timezone-aware booking links and review calendar invitation status.

Before you begin

  • A signed-in host account, configured handle, event type and availability.
  • For provider invitations/Meet creation, a configured, authorized and live-verified provider capability; sign-in alone is insufficient.

Step by step

  1. Set up your personal page

Every account can set up a personal public meeting and appointment page. In Calendar, save a valid personal handle, choose your IANA timezone and weekly availability, and create an active event type with duration, buffers and minimum notice. A page becomes bookable only after this setup.

  2. Share the booking link

Copy, share or open your personal page or active event link. Guests do not need a NotzUp account. They choose an available time in their own timezone and provide the required booking details. Unknown handles and inactive events are unavailable.

  3. Confirm an available time

At confirmation, availability, buffers and plan booking limits are checked again. Conflicting bookings are prevented even if two guests picked the same time. Review the confirmation rather than assuming a selected slot was reserved.

  4. Use calendar options when available

Download the optional .ics file or use offered calendar actions. External calendars and connectors require the host’s separate authorization and actual service configuration. A Meet link appears only after Google returns it; pending or failed invitation status is not delivery.

  5. Reschedule or cancel privately

Keep the private management link from confirmation secure. Guests can use it to reschedule or cancel without creating an account; hosts use their authorized Calendar controls. Review the resulting confirmation and provider status. Manual .ics copies may need a manual update.

  6. Your personal public booking page

Every signed-in user has a personal shareable booking link. Set your handle, availability, duration, buffers and minimum notice to make the page bookable. Guests choose in their own timezone; conflict prevention rechecks the slot at confirmation.

Confirm, reschedule or cancel with the private management link; keep it private. Optional ICS downloads are available. Calendar providers receive selected event details only after explicit authorization and verified configuration.

Expected result

A confirmed valid booking with accurate timezone and explicitly reported invitation state.

Privacy and permissions

Recordings, files, searches, scans, OCR, barcode counts and supported local-AI results do not leave the device by default. Only a deliberate online action—Share, Search online, connector authorization or encrypted backup—transmits the selected data or value. Language-pack downloads do not upload the source text. Booking providers receive only needed event details; do not share private manage tokens. No meeting bot joins and no cloud inference processes the call.

Troubleshooting

No slot available

Check availability, buffers, notice, timezone and current booking allowance. Rescheduling does not count as a new confirmed booking; cancellation does not refund the monthly count.

No Meet link or invitation

Review the host's owned-calendar consent and live connector status. A successful booking can coexist with pending/failed provider creation; do not invent a meeting URL.
