File workspace and exports
Review editable per-file tabs and export sections, a branded printable PDF or a complete ZIP package.
Before you begin
- A supported native media file with locally generated results.
- Permission to copy/share the contents and enough local space for the chosen export.
Step by step
Open the file workspace
Select the processed file. Review its editable Overview, Transcript, Visual analysis, Visible text, and Summary and actions tabs; a section can be empty when the source has no relevant speech or visual content.
Review and edit each section
Correct OCR/transcript errors, descriptions, names and quantities. Check actions against the source; generated results are not verified facts.
Copy or share deliberately
Copy the selected text or use an explicit share action. Review the exact content and recipient; copies sent outside NotzUp cannot be recalled by revoking a link.
Export a section
Choose a section and export Markdown, Excel, TXT or PDF as supported by that section. Check the exported file locally before sending it.
Create a full printable report
Export the full branded PDF, review its print preview and confirm that unwanted/private sections are not included.
Save the complete package
Export the complete ZIP package to keep the original and results together where supported. Inspect its file list and free disk space before distributing it. ZIP is not encrypted cloud backup.
Expected result
Reviewed, editable results and deliberate section exports, a full branded printable PDF or a complete ZIP package.
Privacy and permissions
Recordings, files, searches, scans, OCR, barcode counts and supported local-AI results do not leave the device by default. Only a deliberate online action—Share, Search online, connector authorization or encrypted backup—transmits the selected data or value. Language-pack downloads do not upload the source text. Files, recordings, scans, local searches and local-AI results stay on your device by default. All inference runs on your own awake, authorized device, with no cloud AI, hidden cloud processing or remote fallback. You choose what to share, with whom, in which format and when. Online searches, connectors, sharing and optional backup transmit the data needed for the action you explicitly choose.
Troubleshooting
A tab is empty
Confirm the source supports that result: silent video has no speech transcript; a speech-only file may have no visual text. Run the relevant supported local task.
Export fails or prints poorly
Check local free space and file permissions, shorten the file name if needed, and inspect the PDF print preview and spreadsheet columns before retrying.
