OYYO AI NotzUp: Capture All · guide
Capture and import
Bring authorized audio, video, images, screenshots, scans and documents into your local NotzUp workspace.
Before you begin
- A signed-in account and a supported native installation; browser import supports text, Markdown and transcripts, not the entire native media workflow.
- Permission to use the material and consent from people recorded. Grant only the microphone, camera, screen or file permission the task needs.
Step by step
Choose a permitted source
Capture microphone audio, meetings, screen recordings and permitted calls where your device and source application allow it. Save screenshots, take photos or scan pages. Import supported documents, images, music, video and text, or add links through the controls available in your installation. Android permissions and other-app restrictions apply; NotzUp cannot bypass them.
Select and check the file
Use the system picker or available camera/scan control. Check that the file opens locally. Playback and processing support can differ: extension alone does not establish codec compatibility. Adding a link is not a promise to download a protected page or stream.
Prepare the first local engine
Open the native app’s local engine or model settings, choose a compatible pack for the task and language, and finish its download before starting. Check available storage and keep the device awake. Pack downloads require connectivity; supported offline tasks run locally once the required packs are ready. Names and options vary by native release.
Process and review
Choose transcription for speech, OCR and visual analysis for images or sampled video frames, or both for video with speech. Silent video can still have visual results. Open the file workspace, name the file and review results before editing or export. Availability depends on device, permissions, source application, downloaded local packs and plan.
Expected result
An imported local file with a reviewed result ready for editing and export.
Privacy and permissions
Recordings, files, searches, scans, OCR, barcode counts and supported local-AI results do not leave the device by default. Only a deliberate online action—Share, Search online, connector authorization or encrypted backup—transmits the selected data or value. Language-pack downloads do not upload the source text. Files, recordings, scans, local searches and local-AI results stay on your device by default. All inference runs on your own awake, authorized device, with no cloud AI, hidden cloud processing or remote fallback. You choose what to share, with whom, in which format and when. Online searches, connectors, sharing and optional backup transmit the data needed for the action you explicitly choose.
Troubleshooting
Import or playback fails
Check that the file is complete, readable and supported by this device. Make a compatible copy locally and retry; do not send private files to an online converter.
Recording is unavailable
Review OS permissions and capture restrictions. Browser audio recording is not native screen or system-audio recording.
